You can now go back to your room from the Church, to start NG+. They are in Snow Forest, City High Road/Main Street, Spring Channelway/Underground Stream, The Graveyard, and The Catacombs. Take to Dwarf and fuse with any dual-wield ranged weapon to get Crossfire P9, the best guns. If you want the gun, go to the Inner Sanctum first, receive Piece of Artifact. Take to Dwarf and fuse with another non dual-wield melee weapon to get Epicdium Edge, the best sword. If you want the sword, go to the Hollow Tree first, receive Nameless Blade. If you're already about to reach your destination, then just juggle doors until the boss shows up. But yeah, bosses can start appearing starting from the 7th floor and onwards. If I remember right, the guy who uploaded the most recent version of the game included a miniguide of sorts.
